Brent was extremely informative and helpful. The job was completed in 3 days even though he said it could be finished in one day. It was not an inconvenience though. The shingles I wanted were not available so he gave me the upgraded shingles. Bill was $90 more than I expected. Would definitely use them again!

Brent Griffith was prompt, courteous and very professional. He took me up on the roof and showed me the damage and how he recommended it be repaired. He did the job in one day. All debris was hauled away. You would never have known that work had been done in the area. I was very pleased with the project and would recommend Brent and his company highly.

Our experience is one of the best we have had with a service provider. The initial service was inspecting the roof for tile damage. The service rep spent 20 minutes on the roof and reported that there was one tile that needed a small repair. After the service personnel left, we discovered discoloration on our living room ceiling. I immediately called Mr. Griffith and asked if the guys could come back out. He said he would call the guys and they were back out in less than 1/2 hour. They found the problem; explained that the roof vent had been originally installed improperly; made the repairs. We haven't had a problem since. I consider this true customer service and responsiveness. Too bad there aren't more like B. Griffith.

This company was awesome. The estimate was done the day after I called, and the roof was completed just a few days later. The price was competitive ( I had 3 other bids), and the roof looks great!

IT WAS A SPECIAL ORDER WHICH HE HANDLED WELL AND THE JOB TURNED OUT VERY NICELY. THEY CLEANED UP WELL AFTERWARDS. WHEN WE HAD A QUESTION ABOUT EXTRA SHINGLES, THEY RESPONDED, AND WE GOT EXTRA SHINGLES FOR REPAIRS DOWN THE ROAD.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH QUALITY OF WORK. THE CREWS WERE ALWAYS BUSY WORKING AND THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL REMOVING THE ROOF BY TAKING CARE WITH OUR LANDSCAPING AND COVERED THE WALK AREAS AND PATIO TO CATCH FALLING DEBRIS.
