Reviews
Write a ReviewFriday morning 2 workers came out and looked over what had to be done and checked everything out. They were very courteous and thorough before starting the repair. They finished in about an hour or so and cleaned up their area, also replaced other broken tiles on roof and gave us the remaining tiles. It rained all day on Sunday and my husband went in the attic to check the repair and it was dry. We were very pleased with their service, would definitely use them again.
He did a good job. I was pleased with his services.
Seemed to go very well. Of course, time will tell. But no leak after last Friday's rain. Worker did say he found a hole which looked to have come from an oak branch falling and hitting the roof. He spent some time to locate anything that might account for the leak. Appreciated knowing what he found that likely caused leak.
estimate right on, punctual, professional, pleasant to work with.
We called in the afternoon to report the leak in our roof and B. Griffiths Roofing was working on the problem the following morning. They kept me advised of what they had found and what they would do to fix it. The leak was bad enough that we had placed a bucket under the drip and collected about and inch of water in just a few hours. We have used them twice before (for different problems) and have always been more than satisfied.
Contractor was very easy to work with. Answered all of my questions courteously, and patiently explained everything to me in detail. Was on on job himself frequently to make sure everything was done perfectly. All his workers were friendly and polite. They took great care to not damage anything, especially the shrubery. Their cleanup was perfect. He personally checked back with me to make sure I was satisfied with everything before he requested final payment. The only problem I had was that his cell phone mail box was full several times and I could not leave a message.
I think he was very good. He checked up all the time. Pinellas County inspected after and said everything was alright. He?s close in the area and has been in business for a long time. I liked his approach. His pricing was good as well. He came exactly when he said would. I got his name from Angie's List. I won?t go looking for anyone else when I need a new roof.
They arrived on time, andanswered my first call. They came out within three days. The worked turned out well and it held up through the first storm. They are very pleasant people and do excellent work.
Workmen seemed to enjoy their job--we enjoyed their singing in Spanish. The job was done quickly and well, and the cleanup was impeccable. The new roof looks great. One surprise was that when I got the bill the extra woodwork increased the original bid by almost 25%. I was unaware that there was rotted decking, the crew did not talk to me about it, and once the job was done I couldn't see much new wood. I believe that they did this woodwork, but I would have felt better about it if I could have seen where they put 240' of new 1 x 10 decking at $5.50 a foot with my own eyes.
I work for a small company in Tampa. They had purchased this building a couple of years ago and have put a lot of money into it. So when the roof started to leak and drip on the employees, I was tasked into finding a roofer. We had several companies come in to give us a quote. They all wanted to replace the roof! Then while talking with HR and trying to put together the information for the CEO, I remembered the Brett had come to my house when hurrican Dennis came though and I lost 2 ceilings in my house. He was great then so I though we would give him a call to see if he would work on business. He came out, the CEO liked him and his price. He said that he could fix it until we were ready to have more work done. He was the only one who present the CEO with options.
