The job started and ended on time. From the curb the roof looked very nice, much improved. There are two problems I have with this company.  1 - The flat roof replacement that was done over the lanai area in 2011.  About 1-2 years ago we noticed it was splitting and disintegrating.  We attempted to apply a coating that B Griffith supplied for application sometime in the future.  The application turned into a mess.  We stopped that application and decided we should contact the roofer.  When we called there was immediately some push back due to the fact that we had applied a coating to a portion of the roof, voiding any warranty.  We tried to explain that this was a coating they had provided.  Eventually we were able to convince them to come out and take a look.  It was rainy season but the inspection was delayed 6-8 weeks (because they were backed up).  On that home inspection Brent thought it was a material issue and that they would have the manufacturer rep come out.  When that didn't happen for a few weeks we call them back again.  At that time they gave us the phone number to call them directly.  To me this is unacceptable customer service. I did not have the most expensive flat roof system installed but we were reassured that there is no reason the roof should fail with a good quality job and quality material.  My opinion is that no matter if its the product the roofer used or the workmanship, they should stand behind their job.  They did not. 2 - When final payment was due i was being charged for replacement of plywood.  It seemed excessive, so i requested pictures.  At the time I had a friend help me with this process.  We meticulously went over all of the photos with the owner and he agreed that he did not have the pictures to substantiate the charges.  This indicates poor communication and lack of inspection by the foreman or crew leader.  The invoice was revised and I only paid for the plywood that  was believed to have been replaced (pictures produced). fyi at the time of the installation I was single so the above reference I and we in a few difference areas.Â
