SAID HE WOULD PUT NAILS AND CAULKING AROUND LEAK SPOTS, CROWN AIR VENT, HE ASSURED ME THAT THIS WOULD STOP ALL THE LEAKS FROM HAPPENING. IT DIDN'T. ALL THE WORK WAS DONE ON THE ROOF, NO ONE WENT IN THE ATTIC. ANOTHER GENTLEMAN CAME OUT AND RE CAULKED AGAIN. LEAKS ARE STILL HAPPENING. THEY NEW ARE SAYING THEY NEED TO REPLACE ALL THE CROWN AIR VENTS (60 FT) WOULD NOT QUOTE PRICE, EVEN THOUGH THIS WORK IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY THEY SAID THAT THERE WOULD BE A CHARGE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM . THE ONLY STAYED FOR 45 MIN THE FIRST TIME TO DO THE ORIGINAL WORK. B GRIFFITH IS SAYING THE WHOLE ROOF NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. I HAD AN INSPECTOR COME OUT AND WAS TOLD ALTHOUGH THE ROOF DOESN'T LOOK GREAT, IT SHOULD LAST 10-15 YEARS IF THEY WOULD JUST REPLACE THE RIDGE VENT WITH THE CORRECT SIZE. B GRIFFITH IS NOT HONORING THE WARRANTY ON THE REPAIRS THEY DID BUT ARE SAYING THEY ARE NEW REPAIRS.

Was able to start job within a week of signing contract. However, work dragged on many more days than I expected. Was told that the steep slope of the roof and the heat softening the new shingles would not allow workman to walk on them after about 1 PM each day. During the course of the job I was always able to reach Griffith by phone.

Very professional and prompt, kept job done in 2 days, crew was very professional. Would recommend them.

Mr. Griffith provided a competitive estimate and was very easy to work with. The men worked quickly and cleaned up every bit of the roofing removed. Ridge vent looks great and cools the attic well. Our air conditioner finally gets to rest. Leaks have all been fixed. I will ask for a quote and probably hire Griffith Roofing when shingles need to be replaced. Very good work!

Brent, the owner, was professional and seemed very knowledgeable. He took time to explain my options. I had to make two calls to get him out for the quote, but other than that, all went as he promised and on schedule. Our town building official commented to me that the crew was doing a great, quality job.

Dealt with many contractors. Felt very confident with the workers.

They were on time and answered my request quickly. I don't think I'll go with them, the price was a little high.

They were the only company I called that returned my call promptly and came out when they said they would. They came highly recommended by you and by Richard Wasilewsky who is a contractor. I signed the contract on a Wednesday and they started work on a Friday. It only took them until Tuesday to finish. No down payment was required and I was billed in the mail. I paid extra for the wood replacement. All workmen were prompt and courteous. I bought the best shingles that were recommended so I expected it to cost more. I would recommend them to anyone.

They did a horrible job. They did the wrong process; not even what they contracted for. We went to court, and agreed to terms where he would come back and lift up the roofing because they didn't change the wood underneath. They just covered it up and refused to come back.
