The experience with Groundworks has been great from start to finish. The estimator Austin worked with us to get the price manageable, and addressed our basement problem to our satisfaction. The office people were very pleasant to deal with, but the main guys, the crew, went out of their way to make sure the job was quality! I loved working with Rick, the foreman, and his crew of Mario and Garrett for their communication, promptness, cleanliness, and their pleasantness. These guys are booked out a couple of months but to me, well worth the wait!

My concrete porch had cracked and was slowly sinking. I called Groundsworks for help. The consultation with Sean to the final clean-up with Zach and Tyler was an exceptional experience! Tristan and his crew came and lifted the sinking slab. I was very impressed with the crew and their work. They were efficient, professional and kind. They went out of their way to fix my sprinkler system. So grateful for that! Zach and Tyler came and finalized the project with filling the voids and sealing the cracks. They gave my porch the completed look of satisfaction. Both teams did an amazing clean-up. I am big on clean-up and they did not leave anything but their beautiful work behind. I am extremely happy with the results! Thank you!

I recently had my patio lifted behind my house. I was quoted by Peyton Peeples who was easy to work with and shared all the details of the company and its success story. The quote was prompt and efficient. Peyton did an excellent job. After a month of waiting my lift date arrives but unfortunately it was delayed due to weather. This was an annoyance but clearly out of their control. unfortunately, the team at complete basement systems only offered me a time two more weeks out. I had to argue this as I had already waited a month and were somehow miraculously able to accommodate 5 days later. The two gentlemen that worked on my patio were professional and did a great job from what I could tell. The problem lies in what was discovered after they left. unfortunately, they did not slope the patio completely away from the house and now I have a pool of water anytime it rains or my sprinklers go off, directly in the middle. Now I understand that mistakes can be made and this could be fixed, but the problem is no one will return my calls and no one seems willing to assist. Once they finish the job, good luck on getting ahold of them for an issue. This makes me think the warranty is worthless. I have called the 1800 number 3 times now, and it is been over a week. On the first call, I was provided with the phone number of Phillipe and Prince. the funny part about those numbers is they will never answer and their mailbox is full. So I called again and was provided another manager's number whose name I can not recall. His mailbox was full and his recording said to text him and he is typically quicker to respond, so I did and still have heard back. Just yesterday I called the 1800 number for the last time and Elizabeth took my information and informed me Alexis or Darren would call me back by end of the day rly they did not. leading up to the job and them completing it was smooth and the team was great. Once I found an issue responses are nonexistent and the customer service disappears. My recommendation, find another company to do the work, it might save you a headache down the road.

My crawlspace whole is very small. Thankfully the guys were small and could get in it. However, they had a difficult time getting materials into the crawlspace. So they had to cut the material in pieces. It looks like a patch job, but considering what they had to work with I still give them a 5 star ⭐️ as they worked hard to complete the job. They also did a good job in cleaning up after themselves.
