They gave amazingly good service at great prices! They did the work very quickly and much to my satisfaction. If I hadn't moved out of state, I would be calling them again!

Complete Basement Systems did an encapsulation of the crawl space beneath my home, installed a new sump pump and installed a fan and vent system to help keep the basement dry and free of any gases. Jose Zuniga and the crew did a fine job on this project. They were on time and called when on the way to the project. The crew was very respectful and answered any questions I had during the project. After the project was finished, Josue took me on a walk through (or crawl through) the crawl space and explained to me the features of the system and how it worked. Overall, the project was pretty much hassle free and I would recommend this company for fast, reliable, and professional service.

Felipe and his assistant did a superb job extending the drainage system around our foundation (to repair someone else's terrible installation). They had to shovel a foot of snow out of the way and work in mud, but not a single footprint or speck of mud in the house. Cleared all of their debris at the end of the day. They worked hard and steady all day. In the past, melting snow after a big blizzard always found a way into the basement. Now, the basement stays dry. Felipe was very pleasant and professional to deal with. We are very very pleased with the results.

Jacob did poly fill in my sinking front entry way. He couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating.

Our house is 131 years old and our kitchen floor began to sink due to lack of supports. The guys were able to level the floor in 2 days and the whole process was quick and painless.

My wife and I were very pleased with how professional and polite the on-site crew was during the entire process! We are, however, deeply concerned about the fact that we were NOT told that there would be damage to our home as a direct result of the repairs we were having done to the foundation! In addition, while digging the required holes for the anchor system, the crew hit the natural gas line for our entire neighborhood that no one knew was there! To bring into focus the severity of this situation, there was Fire Department response, evacuation and the possibility of dead or severely injured Complete Basement crew members! Not to mention the possibility of severe damage to our home! The fault of this incident lies squarely on the shoulders of the improperly trained or just plain lazy utility locating service employee as our house line was, in fact, marked! Now, while this was NOT the fault of the on-site crew, Complete Basement shares in the responsibility for the incident in that they failed in properly vetting the service THEY hired to do the locating. With that said, we were impressed with the quick response by Complete Basement regarding the cracks that appeared in our walls, floors, ceilings and apparent damage to our new bay window. The staff at Complete Basement Systems has assured us that they will take care of getting these repairs made and we genuinely look forward to a time when we can say, without hesitation, that we would recommend this company to our family and friends!
