Run... do not hire this company, they will collect the money and will never come back again, they do not honor their warranty I will not recommend them to anyone. I am out of thousands because of their negligence, I have never stopped having foundation issues since their work was supposedly completed

Tim and Kylar pinpointed our water problem. They were fast, efficient, professional, good communicators, knowledgeable, impressive. Like a magnet, Tim went to the heart of the problem, which was water overflowing behind the drywall from water being pumped out by our sump pump. He diagnosed the problem as a clogged line and recommended that we call a drain company, not a plumber, to have them come out and clear the line. Kylar provided on the spot assistance to Tim. They solved our problem. It gave us great relief and we're very grateful to them for it. Don and Dixie

We had a problem with our foundation slab that needed lifting. Our service was impeccable from the initial inspection and quote down to the actual foam installation. Our Technicians, Zack and Aven were professional, courteous and above all very knowledgeable of their business and the work at hand. They treated our property as though it was their own. Thanks for the outstanding job. I would recommend Groundworks for anyone that needs this type of work. Ask for Zack and crew. They are top notch.

Customer service was over the top until I didn't go with all the bells and whistles, which would have cost over $50,000. The job I had completed was much less, and the customer service was awful. They said with what I had done, they could seal the concrete for an additional cost, but then went back on their word because I didn't have the whole recommended work and couldn't close the cracks in the foundation. Hired another company - they shared that they were "crooks," as the work to support the walls was over the top and could have been repaired for less than 5K. The drywall was cut to install the "rods," not a crack in the walls. Most of the back wall is covered by a rear patio, where no signs of leakage or repair are needed, but Groundworks insisted the entire wall needed the repair. All about the MONEY! Get second and third opinions!!!
