Very professional. Felipe who was the job foreman handled all details of concrete removal and sump pump and piping installation. Clean-up was immaculate. Courteous and efficient crew.

Perfect. Sebastian showed all of the possible services we could use in our basement, crawl space and garage. Jesse and his crew showed up on time, did a great job on the project, completed in a very timely manner (about 6 hours). Finished product looks incredible, great storage space, no longer have the musty smell in our basement. Will likely have other work done in the future (sump pump systems, drainage systems, etc).

The team at Ron Martin's did a great job! They did the install of the mitigation unit quickly and professionally. To get the fan installed they found creative options for dealing with the lack of an outlet in the attic. They offered multiple options and prices based on what they could do and once we had a solution to the electrical situation they completed the work quickly.

On time and well communicated prior to the work! Work was done quickly and very professionally, both Dani and Baseer did great work and were very attentive to details.

Excellent! Sebastian proposed a thorough and effective solution including encasing the basement with materials that would waterproof the basement and prevent mold. They also replaced the basement flooring. Jesse was our foreman. He checked in regularly and gave accurate statuses. The work team was extremely clean, organized, competent, and efficient. Jason was our driveway foreman. He and his team were also very professional and great at their job. We were very pleased with the work delivered, the fair pricing, and the interaction with the teams. We would highly recommend Rod Martin's teams for complicated basement and driveway projects. It was a reassuring experience. We made the right choice in contracting them.

Their overall work is the worse of the worse. There is a total disconnect with the office and the workers in the field. They started and stopped work due to having incorrect information when the workers showed up on site. Each time the workers showed up there would be a totally different crew. The damage they did to our drywall and framing to cut out the beam was very unprofessional and they state upfront that that I would have to hire someone to repair drywall, but who would have known they'd be so reckless and unprofessional. I had another company look at the repair work needed and they were shocked. They even more shocked to hear what Complete Basement charged and the mess the left behind. Months later I am still trying to get the entire work closed out. I honestly feel that I have been ripped off by Complete Basement

Darin, the sales rep for Rod Martin's is great! The crew that actually works for Rod Martin's was great! They plaid plastic down on the carpet stairs and hung plastic sheets from the floor joice to reduce the amount of dust. The company that they contracted out to do the Egress window was aweful. Tracked mud on the carpets. Didn't show up on the day they were supposed to start. Only worked 4 hrs the first day they were there. When the window installer showed up, he didn't know that the window was cut out of the foundation yet. It was a disaster. So my recommendation is to definitely use Rod Martin's for your foundation needs. But find someone else to contract your egress window, unless Rod Martin's uses a different company that showed up to our house.

They were professional, arrived on time and completed the project on time. Ken and Ron were GREAT to work with.
