I am in the middle of having a terrible experience with this company and am finding them to be unreliable, poor quality and not to stand behind their work. Following a very positive initial appointment with a Complete Basement Systems salesman, we recently hired them to install a sump pump in our basement and bury downspouts in the backyard. Because they took two days rather than the one that was scheduled to do the work I ended up making the completion payment by phone without having inspected the work. On inspection, the downspouts had been buried in a way that would require water to run uphill for the work to do any good. Much worse, the work to install the sump pump has damaged our radon mitigation system such that is causing certain areas of the house to shake constantly, loud enough that certain bedrooms cannot be slept in. This was a week ago and despite frequent calls the company has not contacted us to fix the downspouts. Unbelievably, the one contact we have had is to tell is that they refuse to fix the issues they have caused with the radon system because â itâ s not in the contractâ . Very confusing as I canâ t see anything remotely relevant in the contract. We are disputing the charges with our credit card company. Our experience is that this company is incompetent and will not stand behind their work or make things right when they screw up.. I absolutely would not trust them to work in my house again. I see others saying that this company is just interested to get their money and run which is completely consistent with my experience DO NOT USE!

Do Not Use this company. Their customer service was amazing their install techs and their service managers were terrible!! They installed multiple piers and their team did not ramp down the soil correctly. Multiple employees said they made a mistake and the GM hid behind wording the contract to not pay for the repairs. Then they online presence said they would call me back and NOTHING. They got their money and ran.
