Great, Professional job. Felipe Oronia the crew foreman and his crew arrived when they said. The job took two days. The kept the work area clean. The crew finished the job in the two days required. Well worth the price and I would recommend them.

Went very well I was very impressed with the crew that was sent to do the work. Very professional and respectful and courteous. The one thing that I liked most was the way they did there joband the respect they showed for my property.

Dani and crew were on time and did a great job! Professional and polite crew. Install looks really nice and the musty smells from the dirt floor are gone! The space is now suitable for clean storage. Each person with whom I came in contact at Complete Basement Systems was polite and professional. Sales, Greg Wright. Scheduling, Jordan. Good follow-up as I had to reschedule appointments a time or two. Not the "cheapest" but the completed project was worth price paid.

Bottom line: I feel good about the work they did piering the foundation, which is all that really matters in the end. What I didn't like is that after the 3 days of digging, piering, and refilling was done I had to wait over 2 weeks for everything else to get wrapped up (for them to come back and clean up, get the dumpster hauled away, and patch a small amount of concrete). So the project dragged out longer than it should have. Other than that, a good experience with a friendly and hard-working crew.

Jacob Bass and Jose did a fantastic job bringing up and leveling off a portion of our driveway that sunk and had become a tripping hazard. They were professional, answered all my questions and even showed me how to seal additional cracks in the driveway, and even provided the sealant at no additional cost. This was much more cost effective rather then replacing the entire driveway. I recommended them to a neighbor who was driving by and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. WAY TO GO COMPLETE BASEMENT SYSTEMS!!!

It works well. We've had additional heavy rains since that time and beforehand, our basement was completely flooded but it has not flooded since, and our sump pump is working well. They are very responsive; they come out and check it once a year. I thought their Radon team was a little sloppy and ill prepared and I thought the results were pretty ugly. They did great on the water thing, which I think is their main work, but on Radon, not so hot. Other firms are less expensive.

AMAZING. Everything from scheduling of the estimate, the estimate, scheduling the work, and the work went perfectly. The sidewalk had settled and was a trip hazard. The patio had settled and pulled away from the house. Both repairs were made with 100% satisfaction. The crew, Jacob and Jose, were prompt and very professional. They paid close attention to detail and kept us informed at every step. They cleaned up everything and made sure we were satisfied before they left.
