For a customer service oriented company the suck badly at what they claim to do best. The quality of work and attention to detail was great. The group of guys that came to my home to do the work were complete Rock Stars. I would hire them again solely based on the work performed and the guys that came to my home to do the work, however, the carpet dwellers of this company are unprofessional and need some coaching when it comes to dealing with situations that are out of "normal" parameters.

One of their customer service ladies was very rude to me so I had to call back and get someone else. Then they had some trouble getting here when they said they would be here. The people who did the work were very nice and I really liked them.

They were punctual, professional, worked harder than a crew I have ever hired, very communicative about what they were doing and why. They worked for a total of 7 days, sun-up to sun-down. I cannot imagine a more thorough or professional job. Of course, we will see how the final product turns out when the moisture begins again this winter and spring. I feel confident the areas of my house they fixed will never leak again.
