Excellent crew - Felipe and Jose. Very attentive to detail and pleasing the customer. Beautiful job! Can't believe they were able to lift my sinking driveway, sidewalk and steps - perfect job. Thank you so much! They also took care of some downspout issues I had from an earlier job. Thank you!!

Lalo was the hardest working foreman I have ever seen. He cares deeply about the quality of not only his work, but the work of his team. I appreciated their care as they worked to stabilize our foundation. This was a VERY tough job and entailed a ton of pure physical labor. These men were diligent and did a great job! I would request this team in particular as they went above and beyond to solve our problem and then put our "war zone" back to better than when they began. Thanks again gentlemen, your hard work was VERY appreciated.

Felipe and his associate arrived on time. They described the work to be done and when it would be finished and the materials they would be using while asking if the work they described was what we expected. We had one question about the work to be done versus what we thought we had understood from the sales person. Felipe called the sales person and we were able to quickly resolve all misunderstanding so that the work was able to proceed to our satisfaction. Felipe and Jose worked smoothly together and finished in less time than we expected. Before shutting down their machinery and storing their tools they went over the completed work and asked if were were satisfied. We were. They then proceeded to clean up the work area. Final paperwork and payment was completed. Felipe is to be commended for providing an A1 conclusion to an completely excellent experience with Rod Martin Basement Systems.3200

From the moment I started working with Rob Hall until the day Jose Amaya and his brothers finished my project I knew I was in the hands of professionals. Rob made me really trust him and his knowledge of what needed to be done. I did get other quotes from companies that were lower cost. Rob worked with me to match that pricing. Jose and his crew showed up on time, worked hard, and did a phenomenal job. He was friendly, communicated well, and left the place cleaner than when he arrived. He even went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and took out some plants and put the extra dirt left over on their spot to get me started on the grading of soil away from my foundation. My one oddity while working with Rod Martin’s complete basement system is that some of their home office people reach out to move the sale along without the knowledge of the sales person I was working with. Rob always knew my situation and timeline and gave me the space I wanted when I wanted it but followed up at the right times. Not sure why the home office gets involved to confuse the situation. Couldn’t be more happy with the professionalism of Rob and Jose and the craftsmanship of the job well done.

Tony and his team were great! They were very professional and had the project completed sooner than we expected. They enclosed entire crawl space with protective lining and also put in a floor drain. Looks great! We did not get any other estimates so unsure how price compares. Very happy with the company!
