Very professional company! From the initial inspection that Mike K performed to the complete installation the crew completed, was a great experience. I was apprehensive about having my foundation excavated and the mess that could occur, but the crew at Complete Basement Systems understood my concerns and exceeded my expectations! Complete Basement Systems installed a Window Well Sump Pump for us. Although the weather was not cooperating, they went ahead and installed the Pump as intended and the Electrical was installed about a week later. Overall a top quality and professional job!

Placed a request for an estimate and Complete Basement Systems called within the hour, only one other contractor called but it was two days later. All my concrete issues were resolved as promised. Process was quick and well done. Crew was on time and cleaned up any mess that had incurred.

This was the only company who called me right away (and I called two others myself to see if they would offer an estimate) and this was the only company who knew what to do and was willing to take the job. Excellent all around, from the person who inspected the issue and provided an estimate to the technician who did the work. I highly recommend you consider this company if you have any problem with your basement

They tried to sell me on work I didnt need. When the guys came to do the work they didnt know what they were suppose to be doing. Even after I explained what they needed to do they did the wrong work and I had to have them re-do their work. All I needed, per a structural engineer, was to have 3 of 6 steel posts adjusted in my basement. Initially they adjusted 4, 3 that didnt need adjustment and 1 that did. Then when I asked them to fix their work they only adjusted one of the 2 I needed adjusted. I decided to buy the tools and adjust them my self. They charged ~$300/post to turn a screw.
