Contract was signed on 1/21/2020 and scheduled for June 2, 2020 leaving my finished basement in disarray for 5 months. After submitting a review I was immediately contacted by the team leader Scott ensuring that a new date would be arranged for completion of the work. On 2/19/2020 2 efficient employees (Jessie & Juan) were at my home taking care of the project. I am extremely grateful to Scott and his team for expediting the job completion. It went very well. They were on time. On top of what needed to be done. They did excellent work. I don't have a rabbit problem anymore. The sidewalk is level. Cracks and gaps were sealed. The large gap between the garage foundation and the driveway was filled in and sealed and is no longer an issue. I feel the took care of me from the pricing to performing the labor. I highly recommend this business.

The sales person was great to work with. He explained it would be a full day of work to level my crawl space, spray for mold, and seal with the tarp. When scheduling called me they said it would be a half day project. The agreed time for the crew to come was not honored. They showed up five hours early when I was going to work. I had to call someone to be at my house in my stead. That person didn't know the work that needed to be done. When I came home, the crawl space was not sealed and did not appear level to me. I paid what was agreed upon. I submitted a complaint and the SuperIntendent came to inspect the work. He explained I was misunderstanding what they would do as far as "leveling". He agreed the basement was not sealed properly and that they would have someone come out to finish the job. He said my crawl space is challenging because of the stone. No one contacted me and it has been several months. I emailed the superintendent to let him know my dissatisfaction and requested a partial refund. I have gotten no response except this email from Angie's list stating CBS has "completed my project" and they would like a review. My project is not complete. I did not get my money's worth. I am highly dissatisfied and would not use or recommend CBS.

Excellently. They protected our lawn from their excavating equipment, and wore clean suits when entering or leaving through our house. They hand carried a fair amount of materials down to our crawl space in affecting the repairs.

Horrible experience. Rude & arrogant sales team. Sent me through inspection with visible mold. Upper management ended up refunding me but absolute nightmare of an experience. Can’t believe they would request a review from me but since they did...
