The process went very smoothly from first appointment to job completion. Everyone was professional and courteous. Lalo and his crew worked very hard and very efficiently. You could tell they were very experienced. Lalo was thrown a bit of a curve at the beginning of the job, but he handled it with no problem. At the end of the job everything was cleaned up so well you couldn't tell they were even there. They also went above and beyond by taking out some construction material that was left over from the build out. It is a relief to know my deck is no longer sinking!

Impressed with professionalism and knowledge of specialist that assessed our needs, provided a quote and coordinated payment with us. Company made efforts to complete project sooner than we scheduled which we definitely appreciated. Technicians were prompt and efficient. Only company that advertised warranty for work competed.

These guys are awesome! I had a new sump pump installed at the house, and the technician showed up 10 minutes early! That never happens! He was super nice, intelligent and explained everything. The work was done quickly and at a fair price. I highly recommend Rod M. Complete Basement Systems to any homeowner that needs their services.

José Amaya and his brothers did a fantastic job fixing our foundation issue. José kept me up-to-date on everything his team was doing, he was extremely customer focused. I loved how he took the time to explain things to me so I would better understand what was being done, why and how. The team was amazing, I would 100% recommend them to anyone. Kudos as well to Robert Griffin and especially Scott Zurn, the PE at LEVEL Engineering who analyzed and designed the repair and referred Rod Martin's Complete Basement Systems to do the work, it was a win-win.
