A very well-organized operation, from first call, to follow-up, to site inspection, proposal, and financing options. Jonathan Francone is the best. He is professional yet friendly and personable. He knew what I was dealing with, and my concerns, and gave me the proposal straight-up, and with considerations for other projects that CBS also does that would bring my systems to code, which is helpful for resale purposes, and for overall safety and health. The products used, the trade association they are part of, and the quantity of work done in the Front Range, I have complete confidence that CBS will put together the best repair system for my foundation.

He worked with me to resolve the situation and I am pleased to say that, after becoming aware of my concerns, this company has provided truly excellent customer service! Thank you, Scott, for your attention and follow up. *****Review updated to 5 stars all around! ***** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The field inspector was great and explained the work that needed to be done on my driveway and sidewalk. The team arrived ahead of schedule and went straight to work. Concrete repair looks great, but LOTS of splashed residue on my front siding and windows that quickly turned into large dark spots. I emailed the company, along with a few photos, to at least find out how to best deal with the stains and heard nothing back even after 3 attempts. Absolutely no response. Zero calls. Zero follow-up emails. The work quality and initial inspection/quote process of this company are great. The courtesy of their team members is great. The collateral damage, at least in my case, was substantial. Follow-up customer service after the job is complete is really terrible, as in apparently non-existent, and it will most definitely affect my willingness to recommend them to my contacts, even though the actual concrete repair was well done.

From start to finish this was an easy, anxiety-free project. As determined previously by an engineer - my foundation had settled minimally in its 67 years. It had grown some external cracks that looked alarming. In thinking about selling my house in a few years - I knew the cracks might be a deterrant to prospective buyers. My main objective in having Complete Basement Systems come out was to have them assess the health of my crawl space - but mainly to fill and seal the external cracks. Their salesman was kind and easy-going. He explained the benefits of having my crawl space cleaned out and encased. (Yes, he said, they'd fill the ugly cracks, as well!) I absolutely hated my nasty, dark, dusty, cobwebbed horror of a crawl space - so it made sense to sign up for the whole project. The team that came out was courteous and thorough. I had no idea how much trash was hiding under the years of accumulated dust. They brought out enough trash to fill a bedroom to the ceiling - and they hauled it all away. In spite of the magnitude of the job, they were able to complete everything in one day. Now my crawl space is encased in a thick, durable white composite sheeting that will make it easy for me to actually start storing things there. And those ugly, external cracks have been sealed and are nearly invisible! Many thanks to Complete Business Systems and their extraordinary crew for a job well done!

Complete Basement Systems successfully brought my basement slabs back to level and helped mitigate potential water sources due to some erosion under my front patio. Very happy with their customer service, professionalism and ability to complete the job.

They do a great job!

Brad was really helpful and knowledgeable. His guys came out and installed a sump pump and completed everything in one day! Our neighbours who used a competitor, was more expensive and it took them a few days to finish the job.
