They did a great job leveling our foundation by installing helical piers and a monopost. It took a while to get them scheduled, and a bit longer to get the job completed, but the quality of the work was outstanding.

Corrected drainage in garage, stabilized driveway, and lifted a sidewalk in from of front door. Improved the curb appeal and drainage. Looking forward to not having water pool where I get out of the car in the garage. Great crew that did a great job and answered all my curious questions.

We worked with Jon from the start and Dani was the crew foreman and they were fabulous. Our front steps had separated from the front porch and dropped at least 2". They took great care in doing the repairs and my front steps look wonderful.

It went well. Corey came out to give me the estimate, and was very helpful and informative about the processes and products they use. Communication was excellent, I was always called before they came out, and if there was going to be any change in the schedule. The crawl space work was done first, and I am very happy with it - it is no longer an unpleasant experience to have to go down there if I need to. The 'Smartjack' installation leveled my half bath floor. A few days later, Jacob came out to explain the 'Polylevel' mudjacking that was to be done. That was a fascinating process to watch! They were able to raise one side of the patio by 2" or more to solve my runoff problem. In both areas their crews were competent and professional, and left my property cleaner than it was before. I would highly recommend Complete Basement Systems to anyone who needs any of the services they provide.
