The crew was great

Lalo and his crew were excellent. They were running behind, but called to let me know what was going on. Lalo was very courteous and his crew was respectful of our home; leaving the work area cleaner than they found it. The work was high quality and very efficient (5.5 hours for 38 linear feet of drainage channels and a sump).

My project involved leveling my existing driveway slabs. The project presented several challenges for a number of reasons, however, Complete Basement Systems, after the project was completed, provided a full refund for the project. CBS stands by its work, no question. Next year, I will probably replace the driveway and plan to invite CBS to bid for the project.

I had a difficult exterior leak in stucco that was quite small. Rather than a sump pump they sealed the outside wall. But they left a gap at the top of the impermeable material that they adhered to the wall. This had to be repaired. Still not entirely convinced that it will adhere due to the rough surface of the stucco. There is only a one year warrantee on an exterior patch like this whereas an internal fix is much longer. Was expensive for the amount of time actually expended.

Jose V. and his team (Geraldo, Manuel) did a great job. I really did not believe they could dig and install a new basement sump, lay the water guard channels, with new concrete, install drains to the outside under the lawn, and correct the issues in a window well ALL IN ONE DAY, but they did. It was very hard work, including hauling old concrete up the stairs. Oh, and they also scheduled the electrician to put in a new line for the pump the same day too. They were very efficient, the job was done neatly, and even the lawn looks perfect again. Will know more after the next torrential rain, but I am confident that our basement water problem is solved. (I am a repeat customer. Had Complete Basement System do driveway leveling in a prior house, also good work.)

Excellent, the crew was great. They were courteous and communicated very well and got all of the hard done in a timely fashion. I love the result. My crawl space is clean and level. I can easily use for extra storage.

Rob Gold was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He was very upfront about the work that needed to be done and gave us a few options on how we could proceed. I can't say enough good things about the level of service that Rob offered. The construction team were all fantastic and friendly as well as punctual and they completed their work a few days earlier than expected. All work was completed with average results - but not up to the height that I wanted or expected. The crew presented risks of doing more and basically talked me out of going any further with the lifting process. I would have liked to have been better coached at what activities I could have done to keep foam from exiting edge making continued lifting a risk.

Had a puddle in my basement after a downpour. They found the crack that was the most likely culprit and sealed it. The sump pump wouldn't fit where originally planned, so they had to add a few feet of drain along the interior wall. Inside everything seems OK. The concrete sidewalk and lawn they dug up for the drain outside are a bit of a mess. Be forewarned. They will ask you to commit to service at the time of the free estimate or lose out on a 10% discount.
