Jack, estimator, and Melvin, foreman, were awesome. Jasmine, in the office, was very helpful as well.

Pretty costly, but better than replacing the concrete! Everyone was friendly and the work was completed timely. Highly recommend.

I did not receive any communication from Complete Basement Systems (CBS) and decided after a month I would call them. I was told that Ryan would return my call in 30 minutes which he did. Ryan apologized for not getting back to me and while there were several reasons for the delay (I was on a list of people to be contacted) he took ownership of both the issue of the patio and the delay in getting back to me. We discussed the patio issue for several minutes and arrived at a conclusion there was nothing CBS could do to physically resolve the issue and it was a matter of how much money would be refunded. Our discussion was open and friendly and I was impressed that Ryan was truly concerned about making me happy. I suggested a 50% refund which Ryan accepted. He said he would get with the necessary people to get the refund out to me ASAP and follow-up when it was on its way within two days. The next day he called back and explained after discussing the situation with others in the organization, they felt a refund of 2/3 of the invoice would be more appropriate rather than half. Ryan explained that they felt bad that I would have to replace the concrete sooner than I wanted to and that was the reason for the additional amount. He said the check would be in our hands in a day or two. We received the check on the second day by mail. I feel the quality of an organization is shown in how they respond when things go wrong. I was impressed by both Ryan and CBS's concern to make things as right as possible and going beyond my expectations to resolve this issue. Too many businesses and their representatives are afraid to take ownership and freely discuss what is needed to make the situation right. These are good people and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

The bill for the service was a little hard to accept when we found out that our foundation wall was bowing due to the natural settlement of soil around our home. Jose and his crew were very very hard working, digging out the 6 ft deep holes in our yard by hand, installing 5 steel plates and 5 steel beams to fix the foundation as well as installing a water proof drain around the perimeter inside of our basement. The drywall was cut and floor has been removed for all of the repairs but I am very happy and confident in the work they did. They also left the condition of our basement cleaner than when they arrived. I highly recommend the work Jose Amaya and his crew did.

Professional work

Jacob is the Poly Level foreman. He is an artist with this process. He has excellent judgement regarding what to do, what not to do, and when to stop the process. He is a great communicator, explaining what is being done and what to expect. The work exceeded our expectations.

Jacob was upfront and honest about how much leveling he thought his team could accomplish. In the end, he exceeded his own expectations and the result was exactly what we were looking for! We appreciated his honesty and their hard work!
