The price estimate, though higher than the competitor, was an all inclusive price that does not change during the course of the project. 5 year guarantee on work. Very professional and friendly. Quick and efficient. There was one misunderstanding about clearing the space to be addressed, but the guys called the office and we were able to still get the job done on the scheduled day.

I had hired CBS to complete our foundation repair. We contracted with them and placed a deposit on April 30, 2020. On June 3, 2020, I received the first communication from the company. They were calling to reschedule my service start date of June 8, 2020. Five days...5 days. The reason--because we have not received the structural engineering report (implied to be my fault), which I had included in our contract with CBS. CBS failed to read their own signed contracts. CBS has failed to communicate. CBS has failed to do its job. HomeAdvisor requires me to put stars on all questions. CBS has performed no work, so all I can opine with respect o work quality is they fail at customer service after the sale, paperwork, and permits. So far, I have not received any value or work for the deposit, so the value is zero so far.

Very good, staff was very helpful. Answered any questions I had. Cleaned up area of yard they worked in. Came back the next day and took care of the issue I had a day later.
