Horrible.Painful. Salesman Daniel had CMH concrete out to dig a trench and pour concrete. The first day, Saturday, Efren supposed to show up at 11 am. Does not show till6pm.Monday shows up at 11 am, does not have a wheelbarrow to move dirt. Tuesday shows up with no grinder to cut the rebar. His crew did not know how much concrete to put in the hole. Charged me an outrageous price because that is what Daniel told them to charge. Complete shows up the next week. First 3 days I checked on them frequently and took pictures of their work. Wed. night, after they left, I saw a steel bar sticking out of one hole they had put a helical in. Roje, the foreman, had used MY steel 6 pike, without permission, bent it so badly it was destroyed, jammed it down the hole with his excavator, with the intent of covering with concrete the next day so I would not know he would wreck it. He did not have the guts to tell me. Inexcusable and reprehensible. But I caught it and took pictures. Friday I found Modelo beer bottles. They had been drinking on the Jobsite! Then they were going to charge me $1400t for a 26; 6x6 steel angle they did not even put in. It took me 4 calls to CBS to get an updated final tally of charges. I would not recommend these guys to shore up a foundation on an outhouse. No integrity for the crew, exasperating experience from start to finish. But they get their money, so they do not care. The only thing good about the whole job was the engineer Dillon-- first class dude.

We recently had our foundation repaired. It was a very daunting, stressful situation - especially thinking of the total cost. Complete Basement Systems provided an excellent quote for both short term and long term solutions while staying at a reasonable price. The crew that did the actual repair did a great job and were very professional. As far as customer service, it could’ve been better. We were put on the list to complete our project sooner if time opened up. However, we were only given 1 business day (not even a filled day) notice. Also, while I put the caller on hold to see if we could adjust our schedules with such short notice, she proceeded to tell her CO-worker how crazy it was the SHE was put on hold. I didn’t appreciate that. Also we received various calls throughout the process and most of them were towards the end of the business day. This is fine, but it does take longer to resolve issues when notified at the END of the day without an opportunity to call back to resolve said issue. Overall, good experience. I’m happy with the end results.

This company is top notch with very professional workers and courteous reps to give you an estimate. This was by far the BEST job for the money. It was 6 times LESS than Applewood. Yes, I'm not kidding. You will not be disappoint!! Thank You Complete Basement Systems!!
