Workmen came at appointed time and did their work in 2 1/2 days. They had to jack-hammer the floor to get to the repair. They replaced the boxes that had to be removed to get to the job and cleaned up afterwards.

They were very aggressive on the solicitation of their business. When it came to the time when they were to do the job, they had minimal communication with the workers which were not english speaking. They were not able to install the piers they tried to charge me more money to do it another way and said it would take additional time to complete. They have to date not submitted the proper paperwork to comply to the building dept requirement for a permit and the work has been done for over a month. I also have not received my paperwork for my warranty.

Overall, the company is very good. Their responsiveness to coming out took 2 weeks as opposed to other companies withing a few days. Their bid was right in the same ballpark as the others so I went with them as they seemed more knowledgeable and freindly. After my appt was set, one of the estimators told me to write him with any questions, so I asked only 3 questions and to this day, he has not yet answered them. I suppose once they have the appt, they don't care as much (?) I can only assume, but that did irk me. The 3 guys that came out were on time and excellent, however, they had already worked their 40 hrs for the week, so were told by the company to leave an hour and 1/2 later (at 2:30pm!) and I was very upset as I had taken off work at 1:00pm on, to get this all done as the estimate said. I called the company and everything was fine. (Hint: Don't book work on Fridays). The guys worked really hard, did a great job and were friendly and considerate.

    We use 3rd party data sources to check the history of the principal/owner of the business for bankruptcy filings by or against them.
  7. Legal Search for Civil Judgments
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
  8. Liens Search
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
