I am totally delighted with my basement waterproofing job. HomeSpec did an unbelievable job in diagnosing my problem, which was huge! I have never worked with a more competent contractor in my life! The workmen, led by John Davis and his terrific crew...Kevin, Dave, Tyler and so many others were the absolute best! Polite, efficient, extremely hard working (like I ve never witnessed in my life!) and just generally the BEST! I pray they make a lot of money!!!!! The cleanup was outstanding! Frankly, if anyone is looking for a basement waterproofer, I wouldn t call anyone else!!! They are THE BEST! Thank you HomeSpec! Kathy

Very pleased with the job Homespec performed. Haven’t had any rain yet so I don’t know if it was successful. If there are no leaks I will be very satisfied.

Their work quality was good, but we do not know is there any leaks again or not since there is no rain coming to our house until now. Their cost is high but their presentation before the signing was good, this makes us let them do the jobs.

We just had a basement drainage system installed and our crawl space wrapped and sealed by HomeSpec. I had been a manager for 30 years with General Motor and in charge of over 1,000 employees, and an officer in the US Army. I must say, I have never seen a crew of men work harder and more professional than John and his crew. I am an older generation gentleman, and frankly lost a faith in the younger generation. John and his crew restored my confidence. These young men are the epitome of professionalism, and expertise. They define the great work ethics of old. A work ethic I thought had been lost over the decades. I would hire HomeSpec in a heart beat, if I ever have a need for their service in the future. The crew made me feel good, just being around them. Great job, John and crew.
