Homespec did an amazing job on my basement waterproofing project. I was nervous because part of my basement was finished, but they carefully removed the drywall and subfloor as well as my water softener and well pump. Ryan, the foreman and the crew were extremely clean, sealed off the work area and put down rugs to protect the flooring. They completed the entire waterproofing job in 12 hours on a very hot day and came back the next day and replaced all the drywall and subfloor and cleaned up like they were never even there. The work of course was not cheap but for the amount of work they had to do and the way they did it, I believe that it was a good value for the money. I would defiantly recommend them to anyone needing their services.

The guy who quoted was different from the guy who did the work. They were both nice, but the guy who did the work wanted to charge me extra $150 for cutting a small amount of wood to get to two rod holes. The guy who quoted anticipated that, but didn't say they would charge extra for that. When I explained that the the worker, he backed down on that and charged me only the $360 originally quoted.

Tech did good job but I had to find the cracks in foundation his inspection was non waist ant only did what I found/ asked

We have inspectors that can come to a home at no cost for a thorough inspection to assess everything and offer the best solutions to any foundation or water concerns. In this case our office sent a technician to do the repair, but you may have been expecting one of our trained inspectors. Hired this company based on reviews from Home Advisor. I was not disappointed. They were very professional and kept me informed of their work progress. Very clean for a messy job. They sealed their work area in plastic to keep dust to a minimum. Excellent quality of work. I would definitely recommend them.
