We hired this company to repair water leak in finished basement wall. They were on time, worked fast and very tidy in cleanup. They found and fixed suspected problems and offered further exterior drainage suggestions to consider.

Hired HomeSpec to fix my sagging floors and cracked joists. They were in and out in 4 days, installing several joists, a new support beam, and moving electrical/plumbing. Everyone I worked with was very professional and left my basement cleaner than when we started. Would definitely recommend.

Home Spec saved me a fortune. Another foundation company quoted me $8000 to repair my foundation to stop the flooding in my basement. Home Spec came out to my house and found a broken drain pipe that was causing the flooding. And they did not even charge me a dime. Hire them with confidence!
