The work met my expectations but not without a little complaining. They did not send an appropriately skilled mason at first and the initial repair was incomplete. The job foreman did notseem to be experienced with foundation repair, only the drainage system, and tried to get out of redoing it. Called customer service and they cleared it up immediately and sent out a mason who did good quality work.

The assigned crew; Bobby (Management), Josh C., Vernon, and Jaren (working crew) were organized, personable, polite, knowledgeable in all aspects, and hard working. Everyone started on time, and finished on schedule (a major accomplishment considering the magnitude of the project). I enjoyed having the crew around; they cleaned up as they worked as well as when they were done. Although there were minor things missed at the end of the project, management was quick to respond and correct any mishaps the next business day. I would highly recommend HomeSpec business to anyone seeking basement waterproofing projects in the future.

Efficient, knowledgeable crew who were very professional. Great dust prevention and thorough clean up. Following install I still had a couple of areas of concern with dampness, they came back modified drainage system, added additional membrane, completely reinstalled drywall and checked to make sure basement was completely dry following period if steady rainfall. Company sticks by their guarantee and quality of workmanship. I procrastinated on getting this work done, as I knew it would be a lot of year down of my finished basement, but I knew it had to be done. With transferable dry basement guarantee, I feel like this was a great investment and very reasonable priced. Highly recommend using this company.

HomeSpec Basement Fix does outstanding work. Jerry and his crew were very professional and knowlageable. All of our questions and concerns were answered and addressed. We now have a dry, leak free basement again. We are so happy!

Communication was key on this project and Mark was absolutely on the ball. Day or night he took my calls and helped with any issues I had and walked me through the whole financing process of the project and helped me save money along the way. When I had an issue after the project was completed, they had someone back the next day to make it right. I'd absolutely recommend their services if you need foundation work or waterproofing
