This is second time I used them. They keep their appts, call to remind and followup. Can't ask for more. Last patch is still holding after 3 years. This one looks good too. And they have lifetime guarantee on work.

Homespec did A great job fixing cracks and plugging rod holes in our basement. They were one of the few companies that I didnÂ’t just try to sell us an entire waterproofing system in our basement as we only had some minor water issues. Price ended up being reasonable and the work was completed in a timely matter. I would recommend them to others

Home Spec reacted quickly with an appointment for a quote. The quote was very professional and detailed and I felt at a good value. The technician was on time, knowledgeable and explained clearly what would be done. The work was done in a very fine manner and looked great. Not the cheapest nor the most expensive waterproofer in the business but i feel the best. The salesman was honest and we felt no pressure during the pitch. Other companies we contacted hounded us for months after their initial quote. We had 8 cracks injected and the crew was professional and personable. They completed the job quickly and cleaned up after themselves and left the area the way they found it. We had originally planned for 9 injects but the crew teamleader advised me one of the cracks did not need to be filled and had no concders about future leaks from it. This saved me money from the original estimate and felt that it was very honest of them to do this. Total cost was 3200 where as we had one comapany quote us at 50,000, telling us our whole structure was comprimised. I waited 8 months to complete this review to see if we had any further leaking and nothing to this date. Our basement is dry and all our problems solved. Do yourself a favor and contact Home Spec if you have any water issues.

Home Spec was an easy company to work with, they were honest about what could be done. I had them inject cracks in 2 houses. The cost was a bit more than I was used to paying for this type of repair. Overall I loved getting the reminders for the appointment.

Chris from HomeSpec came out and answered all our questions and provided us with a great estimate. Work was scheduled a few days out and HomeSpec followed up a number of times before reminding us of our appointment and asking if we had any additional questions. Ryan arrived early and did a fantastic job repairing the crack in our basement foundation and cleaning up afterward. The end result looks fantastic! Dry basement so far. Work guaranteed for life!! Great communications every step of the way and then some!

Came in with a great estimate, crew was very nice and cleaned up after. Explained what they were going to do and why. We have had a couple good rains so far and basement has been dry!
