Everyone was polite and professional. The job was completed on time. However, the estimate was ambiguous in that what I understood to be the total price for foundation repair and waterproofing turned out to be the cost of only the foundation repairs. We ended up going with the latter. Weeks/months later when it rained again, water no longer leaked from the cracks in the basement wall, but we found a small puddle coming from the basement floor against the wall. I don't know enough about the this type of work to say if it was something they did or didn't do.

Home spec came on time and gave me reasonable quote. Eric came to fix it in 3 business days on time as per schedule and very courteous , fixed it and explained the details.

Very professional. Provided all information and costs upfront so there were no surprise costs. He even pointed out that I needed to have my tiles tested, and yes they were asbestos. The workers were on time, worked hard and tried to keep the dust to a minimum. They came back 8 months later to fill in a nickel size bubble hole in the cement, and the workers went around and inspected the entire area and made sure everything else was ok.
