Had contact within a day with a sales rep and had the project done within a 72 hour period from that call. The tech was nice and efficent. He fixed a large crack in under 45 minutes. Price was better than other companies (like ones you hear on the radio). I would recommend them to anyone who is having a basement foundation issue or if you are looking to waterproof it.

I used Home Spec's foundation repair services in August, 2015 and found the crew to be very thorough and professional, as well as clean. They double checked with me before finalizing their plan and performed their service all within the time frame they quoted. I asked for a follow up quote on another area in my basement when water was discovered and when the supervisor, Mark Buhr, came to review the work he discovered it was a bad water meter - saving me thousands of dollars in repairs. I would highly recommend this professional organization.

They did good work, but pricing was very high for such a small repair on a residential home. Their High margin quoting philosophy is geared more toward commercial or industrial customers with deeper pockets, not residential.
