Right out of the gate, I was impressed. From the first response call that I received, I could tell it wasn't just money in the bank for them, these people really care. The gentleman who came out to asses the problem was so real! He was kind, caring, genuine, honest, personable, didn't rush through the process and explained everything completely. Then there are the two hard workers who did the actual job. Again, everything was explained to me as the job progressed. The job was a messy one and I expected it to be. But every precaution was taken to keep the mess to a minimum. It was apparent that this wasn't their first rodeo! :) The job was completed to my satisfaction in less than eight hours. Kudos to HomeSpec!

Best Business I've ever dealt with. From the first call to make an appointment to the work being done, everyone at Homespec is excellent to work with. Work was done quickly and completely took care of the problem with water leaking in our basement. OUTSTANDING job. We had contracted to do one thing but it morphed into a much bigger job than anticipated. The crew spent two days here and ended up installing a sump pump. Mike and Chris worked 12 hours on the second day to finish the job, with very little breaks. They worked their butts off. The job was done neatly, they cleaned up as well as they could, very professional. From this one experience with HomeSpec I would highly recommend them for any foundation work.

I was very pleased with the service I received from HomeSpec. They were patient with me as I collected other estimates and continued to follow up. Once I hired them things went very smoothly. They arrived at my house on time and went right to work. They were very professinal and answered all my questions. After the work was completed, I had 3 outside people compliment their workmanship. One vender even asked me for a card so he could refer customers to them. They were all very impressed. I would highly recommend them to anyone searching for a waterproofing company.

I called Homespec (twice) to understand how they would do the repair. I didn't ask all the questions the first time. Their service was great. It was a simple settling crack the length of the wall floor to ceiling in the basement. They were able to explain it very well. They came out and a couple hours later they were done, area neat, looking good. We have had a couple of good rains since the patch and it is dry. Now, hoping the settling is done and no more cracking.
