This company was OUTSTANDING to work with! I needed a rush job for an FHA loan to close - they worked with me to clarify what was needed per the foundation inspection and kept in constant contact to keep me updated on repair options and scheduling. Everyone there was wonderful to work with, especially Alicia who coordinated the job for me - she even called/emailed outside of office hours to work with me. Very fair pricing too!! I would HIGHLY recommend HomeSpec to anyone - they are probably the best contractors I've ever worked with.

I would like to thank Brian and all his crew they came out and fixed up the leak and did it very professional way. I am very pleased with the system. Very happy the pump no longer makes a banging sound. All in all they did a great job and I am a happy customer. On behalf of me and my wife Thank You

uneventful. Basically, my reservations about the job is a result of my not doing enough research as to what to expect of the technology used. I was thinking they would do outside as well as inside. there are two schools of thought. They waterproofed from the inside and my common sense tells me it would have been more efficient to do it from the outside. The question remains in my mind weather controling the water after it gets in the house is not as efficient as keeping it from coming in in the first place.

Criag did a great job in sorting through all the options to repair my basement foundation leak. The crew did a great job and were in and out in about a half a day.

Inspected foundation and gutters and explained clearly the condition and his proposal. About a dozen foundation blocks in the 94-year-old house were seriously deteriorated. They scheduled and did the work when requested. Responded promptly to queries. Tradespeople were friendly, hardworking and skillful. We're very pleased.
