HomeSpec BasementFix repaired my basement a few years ago, installing a whole new drain system, and did a great job. I have them come out annually to do a system flush to ensure it never clogs. They do an excellent job every year... it looks like new and I never worry about it clogging and causing hydro static pressure build up that forces water thru the basement floor cracks.

I think the crew that installed my interior water proofing, was great. the main guy Tony and Chris did an excellent job. plumber guy came in and his name was Marshall and he did a great job as well. i would recommend the company to others!

During our crawl space repair other issues in our crawl became problematic that required HomeSpec to go above and beyond what they had been expected to repair. They were in constant contact with us addressing every concern and question we had.

Great work sealing basement cracks. Even managed to seal another company’s failed repair. They also cemented over the repair, looks like a new wall.
