The workers were polite and periodically checked with me to make sure the work was to my specifications and satisfaction. I was given a reminder call the day before the job began. One day Home Depot did not have the materials ready for the workmen to pick up which caused a delay. I was given a phone cal to let me know and the reason for the delay. I was very satisfied with the workmanship and would recommend Home Spec to anyone.

The workmen were very well organized and professional in their work. Job site was cleaned when complete. What impressed me the most was I did have a problem with one of the repairs water was still seeping from the walls. I called the company, a man was sent out in 2 days and the repair was fixed with no problems. This company stood behind their work as promised. I would recommend them to anyone

Challenging steep slope to navigate to correct lower walk-out level water infiltration along the slope including working around ALL utilities through the wall and a site sprinkler system. As part of their work they corrected a roof down spout and drainage concern not related to the waterproofing work. Absolutely no problems with their work or the restoration of the slope. They cleaned up after the work and even had an unfortunate diesel fuel spill on my driveway, they power washed its entire length of 130-feet. Ryan and his crew were a pleasure to work with. HomeSpec understands what customer service means.

I had a leak appear on a Saturday afternoon and emailed Homespec. They called me in about 30 minutes for details. I sent pictures of the problem for their review. SUNDAY! Homepsec followed up with me on a SUNDAY, I was both very surprised and pleased as I still had water slowly leaking into my basement from a foundation crack. Ingrid was great in follwing up and in setting up an appointment for an inspection. Ryan came out and inspected the problem and fixed it on the spot for me. He was very professional and answered all my questions. I had not used Home Advisor previously and was a little skeptical but finding HomepSec through them was jusr what the Doctor ordered.
