What a relief!! Great company!! Professional. We were devastated by A & J Mold company who provided horrible service and never called me back and HOMESPEC was awesome. They have an A+ rating on the BBB.

I have had several construction people in my home over the past few months and these four guys far and above exceed professionalism. The crawl space under my home only has two interior access points, fortunately the area is about four feet high and not too wet. Alex was the lead, with Sean, T., and Chris. They worked diligently for three straight days with only taking lunches. There were two box trucks and a trailer full of trash the previous owner had left and these guys cleaned every spec of it up. They left my home clean without any damage and were very careful to respect not only my home but my neighbors. The four gentlemen worked in great harmony with not a single snide or harsh word, only asking each other for assistance. Alex does a wonderful job of managing his staff and the other three gentlemen were pros. There was not a single word of complaint of any kind. They did not spend any time discussing their personal lives, kids, spouses, etc. I have noticed in just one night the difference in the general odor of my home, no longer musty and the warmth of my home has become even throughout. Their competitor was SEVERAL thousand dollars higher with me having to pay for the dumpster, HVAC guy and sump pump alarms. Could not be happier with these guys and this company.

Hired to repair rod holes in basement. Great work! On time, completed job in short amount time, great value!! Would definitely recommend to anyone needing repairs to basement walls.

The salesman (Ryan) really seemed to know what was causing our leaks in the basement. He explained everything very well. When the workers showed to repair the basement wall, they did a good job and so far (with a lot of rain the past week) no leaks. SO FAR,SO GOOD. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Absolutely fantastic customer experience! The salesperson, (Chris B.) and the guys that did the repair (Jack and Mike) where all very professional and pleasant to work with. The repair I needed was incredibly difficult because of the location of the crack, but they took their time figuring it out and got it done! I couldn't be happier. I've already recommended them to several of my friends.

Work was good. They cleaned up well. Took care of unexpected problems without hesitation or extra charges. Also fixed lawn problems resulting from cement spillage.

Communicated very well. Signed the paperwork and then a few short days later the work was done
