Mark the HomeSpec estimator and project manager was very professional and knowledgeable as to why my mother's lower level walls in her tri-level home were seeping water and moisture. The price was fair and I believe very reasonable for what needed to be done. He made us feel comfortable and there was no high pressure sales pitch---Just the facts of what the problem was and how it could be fixed. It felt like you were speaking to a family member. When we agreed to have the work done, the very same day, we received a call to schedule the job. Jack and Joe came to do the work and they were outstanding. They both were very detail oriented and completed repairing the wall inside and outside the home in a very efficient and caring manner. My mother and I both were extremely pleased and give this company the highest possible recommendation. You will be pleased !!!!! I should add that the people in the office are also very friendly too. Hire this company. You won't regret it.

The HomeSpec estimator (Joe) took the time to fully assess our situation and answer all our questions. The price was reasonable-- not the lowest of the 6 estimates, but HomeSpec's proposal gave us the most confidence of a good job that would truly solve our problem (hydrostatic pressure causing water ingress at the basement floor-to-wall joint ). They accommodated our schedule and came on the appointed day. Ryan and his crew did the work efficiently, quickly, with a minimum of mess, and with good cleanup afterwards. Ryan and his team clearly knew what they were doing and were happy to show us exactly what they were doing and explain why. We had one heavy rain day so far and we can tell the difference-- less general dampness in the basement. We are very satisfied with HomeSpec's work, professionalism and value for money.

These gentlemen were prompt, extremely knowledgable, courteous & hard working. This was a huge project and extremely messy and they left the property spotless. All my questions were answered & everything was explained to me. Very accommodating (and they were nice to my dogs)! Very professional.

While the area that was treated has remained dry, a small area right next to it was "seeping" just a little bit after a big rain over the weekend. Called on Sunday and left a message; got a call back a few minutes later. On Sunday! Coming out on Thursday and covered on the lifetime warranty.
