I had a very positive experience with this company and would highly recommend them. Everyone I worked with was great. They were always willing to answer questions and explain the work to me. The only part I didn't care for was that there were multiple crews. It would have been nicer to have one group consistently.

From beginning to end of the process we had a very positive experience with HomeSpec. From the initial contact with the company right through to the end of the project, it was well done. Whenever we had a question, Brian was right there to respond to our calls. The crew under John's supervision that did the job was amazing. They were very professional, focused on doing the job well, and hard workers. they answered any questions that I had as they worked and frequently asked me if I had any. I was incredibly impressed with how they managed to keep the dust under control and how clean the house remained throughout the process. No dust anywhere on first and second floors. I would recommend both the company and the crew that did our work. Well done!

I highly recommended HomeSpec. Very professional, hard working crew. We ran into a couple unexpected issues in my 78 year old basement but I was shown and given a thorough explanation. The project was still completed on time.

Fixed a large crack in basement poured wall. On time, friendly, cost effective and easy to deal with. They forgot to setup job with me but no big deal and slight ding in score. Very pleased.

Homespec did a great job with our crawlspace. Our heating and cooling bills have gone down a lot. Also we had them come out to my house 10 months later for a different problem with our foundation and they saw the previous crew missed some small things so they are repairing the crawlspace for free. Great company and I appreciate their honesty. Def recommend!
