The leak area we called about and was told would be taken care of by the sales person, could not be repaired once the service person came out. Part of the injection area remained wet so someone else had to come out and inject it again. Then find out that the hole drilled caused more water to come up from the floor. Really!

Mine was a big job. It took two teams to complete. both were excellent, hard working teams. both forman took as much time as needed to answer any questions I had. first they reinforced the walls, then waterproofed my basement. John D. and his crew finished the waterproofing in just two days! Great company I would reccommend to anyone.

Did basement drainage project as contracted. Looks like an excellent job. They forget to do a small section, but came back promptly and completed that. Time will tell if and when the water table rises as high as it was this spring again, but this should do the trick.

I just hired HomeSpec. The work has not started yet. But so far, I'm a fan. They have been very professional from day 1. The customer service it absolutely top notch. The project is pretty expensive though. I find it hard to believe that repairs of this nature actually cost anywhere near the amount these basement waterproofing companies charge; for that reason I have to knock down the Value score. HomeSpec wasn't the cheapest proposal I got, but they weren't the most expensive either. And they worked with me to negotiate on the price a bit so that was nice. I can't rate the actual work quality yet, but I can say that the solution they proposed stands head and shoulders above the others. I'm excited to see the finished product.

Very knowledgeable and able to give me several options/alternatives for a very serious issue I was having with cracks in my foundation. Showed up when they said they would for estimate and repairs, easy to reach by phone and willing to explain the issue in depth.
