I hired this company to waterproof my basement back in October. The cost was very high (even after being told they could beat another quote) and the price changed midway through the job. They also failed to mention that they needed to use my water source (for this extensive job) which doubled in cost (no allowance or compensation there). Was skeptical about giving an unfair/undeserved review considering the "unknowns". So I waited & prayed for monsoons. Wanted to put the work to some tests. Glad I did. You guessed it...there were issues. I'd recommend this company for the warranty. I can say with the warranty they'll come out time and time again. Which is good considering they've had to come out approximately three times for repairs. Only decided to move forward with the review because I learned I could update/revise it. At this point I'm just watching closely to see what (if anything) happens next. Pending... Update...this company has gone above and beyond to correct issues and make me a happy customer. They even reimbursed me for the overage with my water bill.

Clean, prompt, courteous. Explained the process, the work and the warranty. Would definitely recommend. Not cheap, but not cheap when you want it done right is not a bad thing. Good value.
