The employees were very knowledgeable and friendly. The work was done on time and the workers cleaned up after themselves. After interviewing at least 6 other companies, I felt that this was the best firm, not the cheapest, but also not wanting to cut corners to provide a lower bid.

we had a small leak in a basement storage room floor. They fixed the leak through the use of drainage pipes connecting to an existing basement drain. The dust created by this project was minimal. Work was done in one day. Since then, we have had one heavy rain and we are please that so far the problem has been corrected. The small storage room is now more attractive because they installed white vapor board on the walls. The only "con" is that the drain cap that was installed is slightly above floor level, which could be a tripping issue, so we'll have to put a piece of furniture over it. We have already recommended Home Spec to a friend who has a similar issue; they fixed her problem and she is very satisfied.
