Requested 2 toilets replaced for master & guest bathrooms Sep 30, 2025 Custom Plumbing of Arizona dispatched Andrew (plumber). Paid: $1,750.00, but had to purchase 2 toilets and delivery for $491.04, Andrew introduced Tyler of Copper State Home Builders to rebuild bathrooms. Tyler had me create 2 claims, against State Farm home insurance. After delays, Custom Plumbing diagnosed underground piping needed to be replaced. Custom Plumbing dispatched different team to demo, dig, replace pipes, refill & pour cement via master bathroom (adjacent to guest bathroom). Oct 2 Custom Plumbing started, also installed 1 new toilet in guest bathroom (not Andrew) Payed %50 Job #285102: $6945.04 Oct 8 Job completed and claimed Copper State would rebuild my master bathroom Payed remaining $6945.04, Job Total cost: $13890.08 Dec 17, 2025 master bathroom is incomplete: drywall has holes, concrete floor, vanity is water damaged on back porch, new toilet & vanity doors in my kitchen
