They were nice and friendly from beginning to the end. Had 2 techs the guys were nice easy to talk to. Took a bit to get a part but finished the job. They were very Commutative and wanted to make sure it was working properly. Even sent the second tech day after to make sure hot water was running. Over all was relieved and took a hot shower. Very happy with the out come. ð

Hired for camera special of $89 turned into $3700 nightmare. Somehow I ended up with a flood even though it was a vent pipe issue! Mitigation was called, tore apart my bathroom, leaving so much more damage than this should have been. Carbon handwritten hard to read Invoice I paid for did not resolve my problem. Once I received detail printed and readable invoice, charges were crazy. Camera was $350, charged for concrete and backfill which was never used. Owner was rude when I questioned the charges. He stated that?s how his invoices work and it is what it is. Same pipe plumber worked on was broken in two places but he only repaired one. He used my good bath towels and left laying on floor. Left my shower a mess with debris and dirt Worst experience I?ve ever had!

The plumber arrived quickly and finished the job in a few minutes, and was polite and friendly. The price he gave me less expensive than I expected, although it was a small job.

Adam was very friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely will hire this company again when the need arises. Thanks.
