IT TOOK 3 plumbers and a supervisor and over 300 dollars to find out they couldn't do the job right. Find another plumber. Totally frustrating. They don't unclog drains and replace the pipes. One or the other. Didn't use plumbing tape. Pipes leaked. Pipes had to be redone, then they told us to do it right would be over $1000 . After quoting $325. Job still not done right. Very amateur .

The first guy couldn't get it unclogged. Also made a pretty big mess and left it. But the second guy's got it fixed relatively quick.

Great overall - down 1/2 a star because one of the faucets hot and cold water handles were installed backwards.

There were no repairs done. The water softner control board was malfunctioning. After a technician looked at it he said he might have solved the problem. After he left the unit is not working just as if he never even did a thing to it.

The cost seemed a bit high but the work was accomplished very professionally by Billy the plumber who was very friendly and courteous. There was a mix up on the schedule such that the work had to be rescheduled for another day, but would recommend them to others.

water heater new install,.20 gallon electric,.1100.00 didn't work,.. no hot water after 6 hours later,.called,.they said wait 24 hours,.it's a 20 gallon heater,.. so i opened the access area behind wall to gain access,.found the t- stat set at 98 degree's,.cool, .turned it up to 135 ,.12 hours later,.still no hot water,.opened every thing back up again,.checked for popped reset switch,.was fine ,.went out side and checked the breaker and it was popped,.never worked after the guy left,. why did he not check voltage and settings before he left? now I have hot water,.thanks to me,.totally dis appointed,.not recommended,..when he left he just said wait an hour and should be hot water,.never happened,..
