Hired to re-cement a sprinkler pipe and fix a float valve in a toilet. When they arrived they said they do not do sprinkler repairs...Cost $190.00 for a 10-minute repair to the toilet valve. It is a rental property... had I been there in person and not had to deal with the problem over the phone I would have never let them in the door. I have used the company before ... (they were over-priced then too), but I was there in person and able to cut through the unnecessary expenses quoted at that time. Not so this time... Never will I hire them again, they do good work but they are way too expensive.

Sadly, they could not find the lateral to the main. They left the lid to the clean out off and the effluent is going into the yard. Should return by Wed.

Dustin arrived on time. Very knowledgeable. Fixed toilet. Bath sink needed new stopper assembly. Told me it would be cheaper if I bought it myself so I wouldn't have to pay extra for him to go pick it up. Saved a little bit of money. Came back to finish sink. Works great. Very personable and a good listener. Also recommended free camera inspection of my sewer line in front yard to street. Jason came out and he was also very professional and knowledgeable. No repair needed at this time. I really like Custom's staff! I will certainly call them again if I need a plumber.
