    Paul was here promptly at 10am as scheduled. He was professional, polite and completed the removal of my old toilet and installed the new one without causing any damage to my tile floor. He was quick and efficient. I am very pleased with his work and I would hire him again.

    OK if your H.o.a. ***** as bad as mine do not bother with your insurance. I wish I could have just paid out of pocket and got a loan!! Because a month later I have no kitchen and I have no bathroom yet. About to tell them Screw the bathtub and shower and just put my damn toilet back. So I can have my kitchen again! I hate my insurance and I hate my H.o.a. plumber is not far behind for making me go thru my insurance!!!!!

    Price quote was VERY high. I had to negotiate to a reasonable price. That was very uncomfortable. After that was dealt with... the plumber was very nice, professional and competent. The work was done to my satisfaction.
