The company started off by rescheduling my appointment twice- then never showed. When they did show- they changed more than $150 for less than 30 minutes and were not able to correct the problem. we had to hire another company who did not have any issue and fixed it without any problem. Really unhappy.

This company was the first to call. They said they charged $69.00. This was my only quote. It was not a charge to unclog my toilet, but a service fee just to show up. They used an auger to clear the blockage. They were here a total of about 15 minutes or less. The charged me $125.00 and I don't think it would have been any less if they had used a plunger. I think this was unethical. I hope the home service companies who refer them take a look at this practice. A service fee is a service fee, not a repair fee. Then there is the repair fee.

We do not charge a service fee to come out anytime day or night, we provide FREE estimates 24/7, never a charge to come out. We charge 69.00 for any drain we clear through clean out, that includes a camera inspection as well. Sounds like we used a toilet augur, which is not cleared through a clean out but the toilet. Great customer service, reasonable prices. But the technician failed to clear the clog in my drain, yet still charged me $69.00 for it. I had to call another plumber to clear the clog.

They told me a price for cleaning my storage. I thought it was a fair price. It was a very competitive price. They showed up on time, DID NOT upsell me. Excellent value for the money. This is a good company. They did exat what they promised!
