They called me early in the morning and when I explained that I had a plugged toilet they said they had a special $69 to clear one drain and I agreed to have their technician come between 9 and 11. He arrived after 11:30. He said he would snake out the toilet for well over $100 MORE than the $69 quoted. I objected and he checked with the office and agreed to do the job for $89. He did an adequate job but I was annoyed that they tried a bait and switch on us. I will never use them again because I can't trust their pricing quotes.

Don from Custom Plumbing is a superior plumber in my opinion! He came in to replace my kitchen sink and faucet. NOT the easiest job in a manufactured home. I wanted to go from a double sink to a large single. All of the drains had to be redone. Even though he ran into several problems along the way, he stayed calm and professional and came up with needed changes to address them without cobbling together improper parts. The new sink and faucet look great but under my sink looks fantastic!! Thank you Don and Custom Plumbing. Really fantastic company and employees! I will gladly refer anyone needing a plumber to them

this cost me $69 for the tech to realize what the problem was to not have the tool he needed and leave my sinks p trap leaking. called them back to find the number the tech called me from went straight to voicemail. I didnt get any response til the next day. sorry will not use them.

I had two different plumbers out who were stumped by our issue. The tech from Custom Plumbing of Az took the time and effort to learn what the actual issue was and after some trial and error he eventually fixed it! They charged me what they quoted even though the tech was there all day working the issue. ??????

With all plumbing problems I find it's best to relax (if possible). The schedule slipped on the day Custom Plumbing was scheduled but they gave me a discount for the inconvenience and were careful to keep me updated. Daniel did a very nice job of explaining the options and costs. He then worked late to get the job done and done well.
