We have been struggling with a water pressure issue for a year and Mike came in and listened to our problem and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly and inexpensively. I couldn’t be happier and will definitely call them again.

I do not have an issue with the work or Don the plumber who did most of the work. He's a hard worker and did a very good job! My issue is with their Management,--Their Unbelievable High prices. Their management never returned a single phone call or email. AND they did not keep their word regarding certain discounts promised and not given. We were also charged $350.00 for camera locate we were told would be at No Charge.-- I asked for a Detailed invoice showing prices for all services preformed.--After my 3rd request I finally got something that they called an invoice! WE spent several thousand dollars with this company and they could not/would not return a single phone call or answer any emails with questions regarding their invoicing. I could say much more regarding our experience but,-- I'll just say that I would NOT recommend Custom Plumbing to anyone! If you do decide to use them (shame on you!) and Get everything they say in writing!
