Hot water heater installer tech had only 3 weeks of experience with the company which was a little worrisome. Scheduling was poor as 1st appointment was a no-show at requested time. Actual/next appointment was several hours late and tried to cancel on the spot due to another "higher priority" call even though I was ready to have the work done. Extended warranty cost and timeline was not quoted the same as over the phone causing me to skip it. Overall, install went well although water pressure was off for a day before settling.

Nothing but good things to say about this company. On time, neat, efficient, and very helpful explaining things. Also very polite when a neighbor showed up who is a notorious "talker". I will definitely call on this company again when needed. I'm getting a little old to tackle some things myself anymore.

Disappointed at the end, we found the faucet handles were not straight across and we saw in the advertisement. Caught the plumber as he was leaving and he said "that's the way they're supposed to be". He appeared to be in a hurry for the next appointment.

They were late coming to my house, but they just got stuck on the appointment prior to mine, so I understood that. They kept me informed of the progress of his arrival. The technician was great. He was accommodating and professional. The price was excessive, but the work was good.
