The company/Ed was very quick to respond with a text that contained phone numbers and a cost according to my description. Also they were very prompt to send someone out. Ian made me feel confident because of his professionalism. He got my kitchen up and running and will be coming back to help me resolve the slow drain issue further.

came to repair the busted water line pipe, replace it but noted few hours later the soil on top is soaking wet, dig around it noted it was still leaking, called him back , said he'll be back the following day, came and fix it

The price they wanted for the repair was almost double for the same work done by another plumber. I wanted to use Home Advisor so I would receive the $50 reward but the only company you recommended was Custom Plumbing. I was also under the impression that you recommend more than one company. I am deleting your app from all my devices and advising everyone I know to do the same.

Tony, my technician was super great. He explained everything so I could understand what needed to be done. He suggested additional repairs needed and I had him take care of them. This is the only pluming company I will ever use mostly because of Tony, he deserves a raise.
