I called Custom Plumbing to help with a mainline drain issue. The person I spoke to, Brad, told me that I will not be charged unless they fixed the problem. The technician came out, was not able to fix it, and demanded that I still give him the check even though it was not resolved. Brad called me and assured me that they would not cash the check unless they were able to resolve the issue. Fast forward a week later, they cash the check. I called them and was told that Brad is the office manager and is unavailable. He has not returned my calls and I have no information on why they charged me when they promised they would not. I am VERY dissatisfied.

I requested a receipt, for taxes purposes. Work was done on a rental unit, so the receipt is important for claiming a tax deductible expense. My evaluation for the value was based on the not being able to claim a $1,500+ deduction. Its about 1 1/2 weeks later and I still did not receive it.

My only issue was the gentleman who was coming apparently didn't show up for work so they were sending someone else. Almost 2 hours after my plumber was to show I called and then was told it would be about 15 more minutes before the plumber would arrive at my home. Just wish they would have let me know. Otherwise I was very pleased with the service I received.
