Well, I ended up with this company because the man, Ryan, offered me a good deal and he made sense on how to “attack” my drain problem. The technician that came out was very personable and worked hard at getting the slow drain in the bathroom fixed. He did just that, however, the back up from the washer created an over flow into my kitchen sink. He climbed back up on the roof and worked quite long and did his best to clear that over flow. We thought it was cleared but the next time I did a wash the over flow in the kitchen sink happened again....the bathroom remains with good drainage. I reread the contract that stated something like “does not guarantee flow”.....he got the bathroom right but the other problem is not fixed. The camera guy came out before the washer drainage problem reocccured and stated what he saw in the pipes with predictions of the future and the cost associated with correcting the problem. I really appreciate getting my bathroom flow corrected but I am not pleased that the washer back up into the sink continues and then “slow drains”. Obviously, I need to call a different company that will guarantee to get back the complete flow.
